At Super G™, your information is yours. We don’t sell your personal data, and we never share it for advertising or marketing purposes. We built Super G to support seekers on their journey — not to profit from their data.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • “Services” means the Super G™ mobile and web applications, the informational website [superg.app], and related offerings.
  • “Yuru™” means the personalized AI guide created by Super G, based on the values, reflections, and information you provide. Yuru is not a real person — it is a digital persona generated by our system to deliver personalized reflections and guidance
  • “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify an individual, such as name, contact details, device identifiers, or user-generated reflections.
  • “Sensitive Personal Data” means information you choose to share that reveals details such as health, mental-well-being, spiritual or philosophical beliefs, or other information that may be considered sensitive under applicable law.
  • “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data — including collection, storage, organization, use, transmission, or deletion — whether automated or manual.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide          

To create and personalize your Yuru, you may share:

  • User details: the values, reflections, insights, and preferences you choose to share.
  • Profile basics: optional details like age, pronouns, or life context.
  • Messages and content: journaling, prompts, and other interactions with Super G.
  • Payments: if you subscribe to premium features, our payment processor collects payment details.

We do not collect government IDs or store financial account numbers. If you purchase premium features, your payment details are collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Apple/Google in-app payments). We only retain transaction records and subscription status — never your full card information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

We also collect:

  • Usage data: how you interact with the app (e.g., journaling activity, features used).
  • Technical basics: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and log data.
  • We do not collect or store precise location data (such as GPS). Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for basic security and performance diagnostics only.
  • Cookies and analytics: used on our Website to understand engagement and improve Services.

We use privacy-focused analytics tools to track general trends only; they do not access your private reflections or link analytics data to your personal profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Build and update your evolving philosophical–spiritual profile.
  • Provide reflections and guidance through your Yuru, tuned to your values and worldview.
  • Improve the app: ensuring security, reliability, and better user experience.
  • Maintain context: so your Yuru remembers you over time.

Your information is used only to serve you — never to target ads or sell to third parties.

We process Personal Data only as necessary to provide and operate the Services, maintain security and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and improve Super G. Where required by law, we rely on your consent.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

  • Your reflections and profile are stored securely on reputable U.S.–based cloud infrastructure (such as Microsoft Azure), with encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Context persistence means your Yuru remembers your journey across sessions.
  • We regularly back up data and monitor for unauthorized access. Backups are encrypted and stored separately from active systems. They are retained for a limited period to ensure recovery in the event of data loss, after which they are securely deleted.     
  • Security Limitations: While we use encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We encourage you to avoid sharing reflections or details you would not want stored digitally and to keep your own devices protected.

If a data breach occurs that affects your Personal Data, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, consistent with applicable law and best practices.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers.

We may share limited technical data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) who help us run the Services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and cannot use your data for anything else.

6. Sensitive Information

Your reflections may include sensitive details — such as your worldview, spiritual beliefs, or philosophical perspectives. By choosing to share this information, you consent to our use of it solely to personalize your Yuru experience.

We do not use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

7. AI Processing and Limits of Responses 

Your reflections and inputs are processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate your Yuru’s responses. These responses are designed for reflection and inspiration only. They should not be considered professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always use your own judgment and seek qualified help when needed.

All processing is fully automated. Super G does not review your reflections or Yuru’s responses, except as required by law.

8. Your Rights

You are in control of your journey. You can:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data.
  • Edit: Update or correct your information.
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Limit: Opt out of certain uses, such as marketing communications.

9. Children’s Privacy

Super G is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we learn we’ve collected information from a minor, we’ll delete it promptly.

10. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a limited period thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

11. International Users

Super G is primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and consent to the processing of your information in the United States.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Super G evolves. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know through the app or by email.
